PLAYRIOT LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ListingSnap mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. About ListingSnap

ListingSnap is an AI-powered listing photo enhancement app that provides virtual staging, background removal, and text overlays for real estate, marketplace, Airbnb, and social media listings.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a user identifier for authentication and subscription management.

Photos You Submit: When you use AI enhancement features (Virtual Staging, Clean Background), your photos are sent to our processing server for enhancement. Photos are processed and the resulting image is returned to your device. We do not permanently store your submitted photos on our servers and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Usage Data: We collect non-personal usage data such as which enhancement types are used and app session frequency to improve performance. This data is not linked to your identity.

Device Data: App preferences and subscription status are stored locally on your device via UserDefaults.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and manage your Pro subscription
• To process the photo enhancements you request
• To improve app performance and reliability
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

4. Third-Party Services

AI Processing: Photos are sent to our secure AI processing infrastructure for virtual staging and background removal. Photos are processed transiently and not stored.

Apple StoreKit: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only subscription status confirmation. Apple's privacy policy governs that data.

5. Device Permissions

• Photo Library: Used to import listing photos you select for enhancement. The app never accesses photos without your action.

ListingSnap does not request camera, microphone, or location permissions.

6. Data Storage & Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Photos submitted for enhancement are not retained after the result is returned. You may delete your account by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

ListingSnap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
