What listing types does ListingSnap support?
ListingSnap supports Real Estate (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS), Marketplace (eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari), Airbnb and short-term rentals, and Social Media (Instagram, Facebook). Each listing type is optimized for the platform's requirements.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No. Photos are sent to our AI processing server only during the enhancement process. Once the enhanced image is returned to your device, the original photo is not retained on our servers. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
What features are free vs. Pro?
Free users get 5 enhancements per week. Pro ($4.99/week or $29.99/year with a 3-day free trial) unlocks unlimited enhancements across all features: Virtual Staging, Clean Background, and Text Overlays.
Do text overlays require an internet connection?
No. Text overlays (FOR SALE, SOLD, OPEN HOUSE, etc.) are processed entirely on your device and work offline. Virtual Staging and Clean Background do require an internet connection for AI processing.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases," or find the same button on the paywall screen. This syncs your subscription status with the App Store. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
